Refund & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Any request after 30 days will not be entertained. Be sure to contact us by email (contact@myteamshirt.com) first.

If you just want to return the item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If it’s because of a product problem and you want to return it, we won’t charge you for shipping, we’ll reimburse you in full.

How to return
1. Please send an email to the customer contact address: contact@myteamshirt.com, indicate the order number, product name and reason for return, and wait for our confirmation.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Order (RMA) and our return address.

3. Please follow our instructions on the RMA form to return the item and send us a proof of return with a tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. We will email you and arrange a refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Exchange processing time is 3-6 business days after receiving your item, depending on stock availability.

Please note: 1. We will not charge you any extra return handling fee except shipping.
2. Please do not return directly to the address on the package. Please contact us before returning. We will provide you with a Return Order (RMA) and our return address.
3. If you do not receive your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially released. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@myteamshirt.com.

How to exchange
If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the instructions in the “How to Return” section. Only replace the same product in a different size or color. If you want a different product, use the same process to return the item for a refund before placing a new order.

Return Conditions
Items within the 30-day warranty period.
Merchandise must be in brand new condition with original packaging and labels, and no signs of wear or use.

All returns must be authorised by our customer service team, returns without a Returned Order (RMA) will not be accepted.
Fees: Shipping charges for returning the package will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Responsibilities
The goods arrived damaged, broken or soiled.
The item received was not the correct size and color.

If the item you received has the above problem, please send us a high-resolution photo or video. If it is our company’s responsibility, we will issue a refund or exchange. After receiving the goods, we will provide full compensation or free replacement, and the full cost will be borne by us.

Cancel order
If you would like to cancel an order or change an unprocessed item, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has passed the estimated shipping date and has not shipped, you can cancel the order and we will issue a full refund, which will be automatically returned to your payment account within 2-3 business days. Processed orders cannot be cancelled. If you are not satisfied with the item within 30 days of receipt, you can take advantage of our 30-day return service.
